A holistic treatment for the whole body. Acupressure, aromatherapy, warm oil — and, if needed, hot stones and heated towels. We ease muscle tension, aid recovery, and enable healthy lymph flow with a calm, gentle, attentive touch.
We view your body as much more than just matter — it’s pure, gentle energy. Your body speaks, and we listen. Each visit is a little different. Lightly weighted eye pillows ease mental activity. You’ll choose a custom essence to guide your experience.

STILLNESS TOUCH
Dissolve your busy mind into pure silence and peace. This therapy is based on craniosacral biodynamics — a gentle, non-invasive approach that helps ease nervous tension and foster healing.
We connect with your body’s ability to regenerate, following its signals. The treatment starts with gentle acupressure, moves into warm oil massage, and then into a craniosacral energetic process. Each treatment is tailored to your current needs. You’ll choose a custom essence to aid your relaxation.

HIMALAYAN SALT
We wrap your body in Himalayan salt, exfoliating and cleansing, removing everything you’re ready to let go of. This deep cleanse reaches not just your skin, but your mind, freeing you and lifting you up. Warm oil and conscious, gentle pressure aid renewal. You’ll feel lighter, silky smooth, and completely rested afterwards.
