ABOUT TOUCH THERAPY
Bára Tenčlová and Míša Pyšová founded the Touch Therapy studio in 2018.
They were incredibly lucky to have the help of friends who encouraged and supported them in realizing their dream project.
Miší and Baru have been friends since they were young – from their high school days they danced their way through their techno-phase, cooked vegetarian cuisine together at big music festivals, until they got hooked on yoga and meditation. They then met their teacher, Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche, and have been practising Tibetan Buddhism under his wise guidance for years. However, they keep an open mind and heart to everything.
They worked their way through the muscle and tougher matter to the more subtle and energetic structures.
Miší and Baru regularly lead meditations at the Tibet Open House in Prague and they themselves go on longer or shorter meditation retreats.
They are very excited about the spacious ‘Tač’ in Dejvice, where there is plenty of space for everyone.
Our team

Bára
She prefers a gentle and calm touch, which can also be very intense in its depth.
Of course, if it is needed and the body demands it, she will use stronger pressure. She is slowly drifting away from the more material part and into the subtly material, energetic, craniosacral part, but you don’t have to worry about not feeling anything. She believes that her strength lies in her rock-solid ability to accept what is while keeping her heart open in a flowering garden of non-judgement, letting things flow in a fresh breeze, while perceiving with softly suspended attention everything that is unfolding, and gently supporting the process that needs to be experienced. She will support your journey inward, where you can meet yourself in a safe space. She offers individual and group introductions to meditation and supports the path of meditative practice.
She speaks English fluently.

With Miší, you come to rest in a space of infinite consciousness. Loving motherly care, the firmness and softness of her hands. You can let go of what you no longer need, relax, and indulge in the little sanctuary of perfect simplicity. She always supports you in being with yourself just as you are. Miší was brought up by Javanese reflexology and acupressure, which once sparked her journey into touch and massage. The grounding pressure of warm oil brightens with gentle biodynamics. All tension and heaviness melt away in absolute acceptance and boundless meditative touch.

Adéla
Adél perceives touch as a completely universal tool that brings us into presence with what is happening in our body at this very moment. Thanks to her training in Craniosacral Biodynamics, she is able to attune to your system and intuitively respond from a place of silence and peace.
Her hands flow with the current of your body, adapting with respect and honor to its needs. When needed, she uses deeper pressure, and at other times just a gentle touch or stillness and acknowledgement of what is present.
For Adél, treatments have become a dance whose choreography is shaped by life itself.

Michaela S.
She sees touch as an important communication channel that is often neglected in today’s world. She is here with open arms for all who yearn for acceptance. In gentleness and calmness, she reassures your nervous system that everything is fine the way it is. But when it is necessary to bring greater intensity into the touch, she is not afraid to use it so that you can find your center and balance.
In order to be centered, we must use feeling and intuition, but not forget about understanding and knowledge. We must go through gentleness and lightness, but not forget about strength and firmness. Go through speed to slow down, but also vice versa. What do we need right now to move toward our center And Bára just adds: “During Míša’s treatment, I stopped feeling the boundaries of my body and dissolved into blissful timelessness. We are happy that Míša is with us!”

Ondřej
His touch is gentle and steady. He enjoys creating a safe space where you can tune into yourself, find peace, and allow whatever arises from the depths of your body during the treatment to surface and be accepted.
He joyfully observes the brightened faces of beings on their journey toward authentic being and inner peace. Every encounter is unique, and he approaches it as such.
He invites all the senses into the massage and pays special attention to the selection of music, on whose waves everything flows freely and unbound.
He values an open and accepting approach.

Josefína
Through Josefína’s touch, you find yourself in an all-embracing space with the ability to return everything that surfaces back to the center. She is distinguished by her heartfelt directness, embraced by compassion. Her touch moves from the more physical into gentleness, where a tangible depth lies.
“When I work, after a while something starts to work through me…”
After a treatment, many people ask her where she goes to warm her hands. She focuses on connecting spiritual realms with the everyday, seeking their intersection and a safe refuge for integration. Every life situation carries within its conditioning the potential for growth, and through relating, we can find a good connection. It is important that we feel good in our body, mind, and heart. She appreciates a quiet, calm, and sincere space where there is room for everything. Naturally, she sees the essentially good in people and gently guides them back to reconnecting with themselves through lightness and softness.
She speaks English fluently.

Věra
Věra sees touch as an expression of art that speaks through her. She sees it as a tool with which she can induce deep peace and harmony in the body and mind. She is fascinated by exploring touch itself and the connection, the essence of which is not only the movement of the hands, but also of the entire body, breath and heart. When she is giving a treatment, she keeps herself calm and remains fully present.
She immerses herself in the flow of touch and the movements flow by themselves, as if they were guided. And sometimes she also feels a deep need to hug the client, take them in her arms and rock them to make them feel safe and cared for.
She speaks English and Russian fluently.

Ariana
You might not feel her on your skin, but she can touch you more often than you think. After all, she’s in charge of all the writing that goes from us to you.
She has known Touch Therapy from the very start, even though she has not always been part of it. But she has always been Bára’s sister, so she can confidently say she has known her from the very start as well.
She is our aesthetic-dynamic force who, besides text and communication, is dedicated to the complexity of body and soul and their mutual influence. Through physicality, movement, and nutrition, she reaches through deeper layers to the core of the non-self and psyche. She teaches yoga classes in our studio, in which:
“we will explore together what it feels like to shift from mind to body, to learn to turn inward and fully enjoy our physicality —each in their own way. We will learn to meet ourselves where we are and not push ourselves toward where we think we should be. We will try to find a space to rest in movement and experience contentment with how things are right now.”
